Our selection process includes face-to-face interviews, test cleans, regular quality checks and background checks. We train our employees on a regular basis in order to maintain a high quality standard. They learn how to clean a residential space and how to deal with various detergents. Additionally all of the cleaners learn hygienic standards, such as the 4-colours-system.
